NOTTACIA respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect information shared through our website, orders, inquiries, newsletter forms and customer support channels.
When you use our website, we may collect details such as your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, order details, pincode, newsletter email and customer support messages. We may also collect basic technical information such as browser type, device information and website usage data to improve the shopping experience.
We use your information to process orders, calculate delivery availability, arrange shipping, provide order updates, respond to inquiries, send newsletter updates if you subscribe, improve our website and maintain safe business records.
Online payments are processed through secure third-party payment partners. NOTTACIA does not store your card number, UPI PIN, net banking password or other sensitive payment credentials on our website.
We may share necessary order and contact details with payment providers, courier partners, technology service providers and support teams for order processing, payment verification, delivery, customer service, website operation and the Google Customer Reviews integration described below. We do not sell customer personal information.

When an eligible order has been confirmed, we send Google our Merchant Center ID, your order number, order confirmation email address, delivery country and estimated delivery date to display the Google Customer Reviews survey invitation. If available, we also send valid Global Trade Item Numbers (GTINs) for the products ordered. These details are shared when we ask Google to display the opt-in module, before you choose whether to receive a survey.
Participation is optional. If you opt in, Google may email you an invitation to review your shopping experience after the estimated delivery date.
Our storefront also contacts Google to display its store widget. Nottacia supplies the widget with our Merchant Center ID and placement setting. The existing analytics opt-out and device-exclusion preferences also prevent these integrations from loading in that browser.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we may send updates about new arrivals, recipes, offers and product information. You may request removal from our newsletter list by contacting us at the email or phone number below.
We use reasonable technical and operational safeguards to protect customer information. However, no online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and users should avoid sharing sensitive payment or account details through unsecured channels.
