NOTTACIA ships pantry orders through available courier partners. Delivery charges are calculated before payment using the delivery pincode and package details.
Orders are prepared after payment confirmation. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, but processing time may vary during weekends, holidays, high-volume periods or operational delays.
Delivery availability and charges are estimated using the pincode entered before checkout. Final courier availability may depend on courier serviceability, package weight, delivery location and operational conditions.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown before payment. The final payable amount includes the product total and delivery charge calculated from pincode and package details before the customer completes payment.
Once tracking details are added to an order, customers can view the latest order and shipment status on the Track Order page using their order number and phone number.
Delivery may be delayed due to courier issues, weather, local restrictions, incorrect address details, customer unavailability or other circumstances beyond our control. We will try to assist customers with available tracking and support information.
