Please contact us if an item arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect, missing, expired or with a packaging concern. Keep the package, invoice details and clear photos/videos available for review.
Because pantry items are food products, opened, used, tampered or improperly stored products may not be eligible for return unless the issue is verified by NOTTACIA support. Return eligibility depends on product condition, packaging condition and the nature of the issue.
Customers should report order issues within 48 hours of delivery wherever possible. Delayed complaints may be harder to verify with courier or packaging records.
Once the issue is reviewed and approved, NOTTACIA may offer a replacement, refund, partial refund or another suitable resolution depending on the case.
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible. Bank, card, UPI or payment gateway timelines may vary, but refunds generally reflect within 5-7 business days after processing.
Returns or refunds may not be accepted for opened products without a verified issue, customer preference changes, incorrect product ordered by customer, damage caused after delivery, or missing proof/photos needed for review.
