Refund & Returns Policy: 

At R R Impex, we ensure quality products and customer satisfaction. Returns are accepted if the product is defective, damaged, incorrectly shipped, or significantly different from the description. The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product. Customers must provide clear images and unpacking videos for verification. Non-returnable items include opened, used, or tampered grocery items or returns beyond 7 days.

Return Process: To initiate a return, email rrimpex5943@gmail.com or call +91 9811765943 with order ID, purchase date, images, and video. Upon approval, ship the product to the address provided (return shipping costs borne by the customer). Ensure secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Refund Policy: Refunds will be processed if the returned product meets eligibility criteria and valid proof is provided. Once verified, customers will be notified of approval or rejection. 

• Refund Process Time: Refund requests will be processed within 3 business days after product verification.
• Refund Completion Time: Once the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on the payment method used. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled anytime before they are shipped. Contact us via email or phone for cancellations. A full refund for canceled orders will be processed within 3 business days.

Shipping & Delivery Issues: Delays due to weather, logistics, or stock shortages will be communicated. Damaged or incorrect deliveries must follow the return process.

Bulk Orders: Subject to separate return and refund terms, which will be communicated during purchase.

Customer Responsibilities: Provide accurate shipping details, mandatory proof for claims, and ensure secure packaging for returns.
