Can I return a product if I’m not satisfied?
Due to safety reasons, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered. However, if the product is incorrect or defective:

  • You can initiate a return request within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • To verify, please share images and an unpacking video of the product.
  • Once verified, we will process refunds or replacements, as per our Refund & Returns Policy.
